Shipping Policy at It's All About Babies

We ship all orders via UPS, DHL, FedEx, and/or USPS within the 48 contiguous states of the US. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders that require oversize packages may be subject to additional freight surcharges.

Most orders leave our warehouses within 2-3 business days (not including weekends) from date of order, but please allow 7-10 business days for delivery time from the date the order is released to the shipping company.

Personalized items will require additional processing days. Please contact customer service at 1-800-863-6156 or via email at customerservice@itsallaboutbabies.com for more specific processing times.

Please be aware that our products may be shipped directly from one of our manufacturer's warehouse or from one of our own fulfillment centers located across the United States, therefore products may be shipped in seperate boxes, from multiple locations, and may not all arrive on the same day.

Please be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address, such as an apartment number. Please provide a street address as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your order is going to a business address or your work address, please be sure to include the suite number and/or floor number, and any other helpful information.

Please take time to verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient delivery information, the shipping company will charge an additional address correction fee of up to $10.00, which will be passed on to you.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as the shipping destination will be received by the customer. If the package is left at the door, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to ensure receipt.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Delays

ItsAllAboutBabies.com will make every effort to fill all orders placed, however delays and backorders may occur. If a delay or a backorder occurs, you will receive prompt notification via email.

If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation, provided that the item has not been shipped. Please call us at 1-800-863-6156 to cancel. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay and will ship your order accordingly.

Cancellations and Refused Shipments

Any orders that are not yet processed can be cancelled.

If you must cancel an order, please contact us by telephone (1-800-863-6156). We cannot guarantee that order cancellations made via email will be caught in time and canceled. If you call after hours, please leave your cancellation instructions on our voicemail and we will then email you or call you back to confirm your cancellation.

Any personalized items cannot be refunded or canceled once the item has been personalized or shipped.

Any orders refused acceptance or delivered by the customer without prior written notification to us will be subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee. All canceled orders must have written email confirmation from us that the order has been canceled.

You may be charged a $25.00 additional handling fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect address entered on the order form that must be reshipped. Any shipment that must be re-shipped will be charged at the same shipping charge that applies to the original order.

Damage Claim

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact the appropriate shipping company. We will be happy to work with you in filing the damage claim, however the claim must first be initiated by you. Any and all damage claims must be made to the shipping company within 24-48 hours of receipt of package.
