How To Order Our Products

Searching for Our Products
It's All About Babies makes it easy to find the baby products you need. Easily browse the various product departments on the left hand side to quickly find all our products.

Searching by Department
All of our baby and maternity products and gifts have been seperated into easy to navigate departments on the left hand side. Simply click on one of the department categories to get to a certain group or type of products. For example, by clicking on the Baby Gifts department, you will be taken to a section that reveals all types of Baby Gifts we offer including, Diaper Cakes, Diaper Wreaths, Baby Jewelry, and more. Simply click on the section that interests you to find product pages for all related items.

Searching by Product Name
If you know the name of the product you are looking for, simply enter it into our search field in the top navigation bar and hit enter. A list will be generated for you showing all the matching items and then you simply click on the item of interest to get to that product page.

Buying Our Products
Once you are on a product page and would like to buy it or add it to our wishlist or gift registry, enter the quantity of the product you wish to purchase and enter any information required to purchase the product, for example, size, color, personalization information, etc., and then click on the "Add to Cart" button (to add item to your shopping cart), or click "Add to Wish List" (to add the item to your wish list that you can email to family or friends), or click "Add to Gift Registry" (to add the item to your gift registry list).

Using Our Shopping Cart
It's All About Babies features a Shopping Cart button in the top navigation bar on every page. Clicking on the Shopping Cart button will take you to the shopping cart page that will display how many items are in your cart and the subtotal of all of these items. If you wish to continue shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button on the bottome of the page.

You can change the quantities of the items in your cart by changing the numbers in the quantity section next to the corresponding item you wish to change. Once you have changed the quantitiy, click the Update Cart button to apply the changes to your shopping cart and retrieve a new subtotal.

You may edit your order, by clicking on the edit link next to the corresponding item you wish to edit. You will then be taken back to that product page where you can make any changes beyond the quantity of the product, for example, you can change the size, color, and so on. Once you have made the necessary changes, please click on the Add to Cart button.

If you would like to remove an item from your shopping cart, click on the Delete button next to the corresponding item you wish to delete.

Checking Out
Once you have completed your shopping experience with us and are ready to purchase the items in your shopping cart, click on the Checkout Now button at the top or bottom of the Shopping Cart page to begin purchasing your products.

It's All About Babies features an easy to use checkout system that consists of six steps:

Step 1 - Shopping Cart Page
The Shopping Cart Page lets you adjust quantities, edit your order, or remove items from your cart.

Step 2 - Address Book
The Address Book accesses registered user information and addresses. Simply login using your email address and password and click on Sign In & Checkout button if you are a returning customer or if you are a new customer, click on Register button to create a new account with us.

Step 3 - Shipping Options
Choose the shipping delivery method for your purchase and click on the Select Shipping button to continue checking out.

Step 4 - Payment Information
Choose from our various payment options to pay for your purchase. To continue on to the next step you must check the box that states you agree to our terms and conditions.

Step 5 - Order Confirmation
Confirm your Billing, Shipping and Payment information.

Step 6 - Order Completion
Print your Order Confirmation Page with your Order Number for future refererence. A receipt will also be emailed to you for your records.
