At ItsAllAboutBabies.com your business is extremely important and valuable to us. Our number one goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We will do our best to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy.

Our General Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Returned clothing must have all tags attached and must not be worn or washed. Please return items in their original packaging.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (see below) clearly posted on the outside of the package or box. Any item returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!

For your protection, we suggest customers use a trackable shipping company, such as UPS or FedEX. The ability to track your package will only guarantee your return gets handled safely.

Please note that it takes up to 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Center. We will credit the card you used for the order 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on you credit card statement.

Who Pays For Return Shipping Costs?

In instances where a return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs. We do not feel that our customers should have to pay for mistakes that aren't theirs.

When an error does not lie with us, the customer must then pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your original credit card you used to purchase the items, less the original shipping fee and/or less a 25% restocking fee.

Returns that are received in excess of 15 days from the original shipping company's delivery date, but within 30 days of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that not all returns will be accepted for credit; this will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Again, the "No Re-stocking Fee" offer applies only to returns or exchanges received by us within 15 days of the actual shipping company's delivery date. Any violation of the above condition voids the "No Re-stocking Fee" offer.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days, calculated from the shipping company's delivery date.

Exchanges

If you have received defective merchandise, and would like to exchange it for the same item, or if you would simply like to exchange an item for something different, please return the original (or defective) merchandise to us. You may then place another order for the item(s) you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s) before placing the new order, however, any credit that you would receive from the return will not go into effect until the item has been received and inspected by us. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item(s) you are returning for an exchange are defective. Again, return shipping and new shipping charges apply and are paid for by the customer if the product is not defective.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Required For All Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. To obtain an RMA number, please call 1-800-863-6156, Mon.-Fri., 10:00am to 4:00pm (EST) or via email to: returns@itsallaboutbabies.com. Please indicate your order number and specific items you are returning and the reason for the return or exchange. If you are providing this information via email, please include the order number in the subject line. You will then receive your RMA number. An unwanted, resalable item will refund 100% of purchase price provided:

It is returned with all original documentation and packaging.
Manufacturer tags are intact.
It is in unused condition.
It is received within the "No Re-stocking Fee" time frame above.
Product(s) are returned with RMA number clearly posted on outside of package or box.

Items NOT Returnable Include:

Hazardous, gas-powered merchandise and items containing flammable liquids.
Personalized, engraved, embroidered, and monogrammed items.
All edible merchandise
Sale items, clearance items, and closeout items
Orders in which a custom quote was requested.
Any item with obvious signs of use, such as, clothing worn or washed.
Any opened personal care items such as eating utensils, bottle feeding items, diapers, potty seats, bathing suits, etc. for hygenic reasons.

Partial Refunds Are Available On The Following Items:

Most items returned more than 15 days after delivery (A 25% to 50% restocking fee will be applied).
Items not returned in the condition received.
